Arbitration
Peggy also provides arbitration services for employment, employee benefit, non-competition and business disputes. Arbitration allows parties to bring their dispute before a neutral selected by the parties, for resolution and a binding decision. Arbitration is usually faster, more flexible, and less costly than traditional civil litigation. Peggy works with patience and persistence through the pre-hearing phase, the hearing and the award.
When parties engage Peggy to serve as an arbitrator, they benefit from her years of experience as an advocate and counselor working with clients in employment, ERISA, non-compete matters. She has experience working with parties in the transportation, telecommunications, banking, education, healthcare and the hospitality industries, among others.
Peggy is a member of the Employment Panel of the American Arbitration Association.
